Grantley Schloss kicked off the 2026 Radial Outlaws Racing Series with a statement victory, winning LAT Racing Oils Pro 275 at the US Street Nationals last week at Bradenton Motorsports Park. Schloss entered the season opener carrying the momentum of his 2025 Pro 275 championship, and the opening round result showed that form has carried straight into the new year.
Schloss was strong right out of the gate in qualifying, securing the No. 3 spot with a 3.726 at 201.55 mph in a tightly contested Pro 275 field.

Schloss advanced without issue in the opening round, running 3.78 at 200 mph as Major ran into trouble and slowed to an 8.87.
Round Two vs. Ernie Dampier
In hot and sunny conditions, Schloss delivered a sharp and disciplined pass. A quick .046 reaction time proved to be the difference, giving Schloss the holeshot win with a 3.85 at 199 mph over Dampier, who ran a quicker 3.83 at 211 mph but left with a .108 light.
Semifinals vs. Nick Lacerenza
Schloss stayed consistent in the semifinals, laying down a 3.77 at 200 mph to defeat Lacerenza’s 3.83 at 196 mph, earning his place in the final round.
Final Round vs. Rick Bailey

Champion Form Continues into 2026
From qualifying through the final round, Schloss combined consistency, strong reaction times, and clean execution. The win not only opened the 2026 season on a high note, but also reinforced why he finished 2025 as the Pro 275 champion.
With the first event in the books, the Radial Outlaws Racing Series now turns its focus to the next stop on the schedule, as the Pro 275 field begins the long chase for the 2026 title.
