2024 RvW Champ, Chris Daniel, delivered an electrifying performance to claim the Radial vs. the World (RvW) victory at the AJPE Shakedown at M'Town, hosted at the renowned US 131 Motorsports Park. Known for fierce competition and jaw-dropping speeds, the RvW class saw Daniel combine razor-sharp reaction times with blazing-fast passes to secure the coveted win.

Qualified #5:
Chris Daniel entered eliminations from the fifth qualifying spot after laying down a solid run of 3.562 at 206.61 MPH, positioning him as a strong contender in the ultra-competitive field.

Round 1:
Daniel immediately set a strong pace, clocking a 3.579 at 204 MPH, paired with an impressive reaction time of .006, narrowly defeating Jimmy Taylor's solid effort of 3.625.

Semifinals:
The semifinal round delivered one of the weekend’s most exciting matchups as Daniel faced RvW points leader Ken Quartuccio. Despite Quartuccio running a quicker pass of 3.487 at 209 MPH, Daniel executed a holeshot victory with a stellar .008 reaction time, making his 3.537 at 205.86 MPH enough to secure the upset win over Quartuccio’s slower reaction of .108.

Final Round:
In the final, Daniel matched up against Ned Dunphy in a battle of orange Camaros. Continuing his consistent performance, Daniel posted his best run of the weekend, a 3.530 at 206.90 MPH, defeating Dunphy’s strong 3.559 at 210.77 MPH. Daniel’s speed and consistency throughout eliminations culminated in an impressive event victory.
